We had previously heard a rumor that the new Motorola Moto X would be headed to Verizon on the 23rd of August, and now the guys from Android Central have received more information confirming this launch date.
The Motorola Moto X comes with a 4.7 inch HD AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 pixels, plus a 1.7GHz dual core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor and 2GB of RAM.
Other specifications on the Moto X include 16GB of built in storage as standard, there is also a 32GB version of the handset, and it comes with a 2,200 mAh battery and it will come with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. This date has yet to be confirmed by Verizon, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
