First Google, then Apple, and now Microsoft is the latest company that wants people to know that it has nothing to do with the data logging software, Carrier IQ that has been discovered on smartphones.
Microsoft is expected to release an official statement shortly confirming that they do not use the software, although it has already been confirmed by someone from Microsoft on Twitter.
Microsoft’s Joe Belifore, who looks after Windows Phone Program Management announced on Twitter that Microsoft does not use the software in any of their Windows Phone devices.
