The midsize truck market is booming in the US and other countries right now. Trucks like the Chevrolet Colorado have turned the heat back up in the segment and spawned a host of competition. In the US, trucks are the top selling vehicles and more people are moving to luxury trucks than luxury cars.
This popularity means that there are more trucks in the works that will be coming to the segment and one of those is from Mercedes Benz. The German automaker has a truck concept that will debut tomorrow in Stockholm. All we have right now is a teaser video that shows a few of the design elements of the truck.
In profile the truck looks very much like other mid-size trucks in the segment. Right no we have no idea if the tuck will be offered only in Europe or if it will come to the US. I could see a Mercedes luxury mid-size truck being popular in the US with buyers who want something with luxury and a name to go with it.
