Coffee drinkers may be interested in a new portable cold coffee brewing system designed by Mastermind to “re-engineer your morning coffee routine”. The company’s mission is to create the most “Convenient, Premium and Lifestyle-Aligned Brewer” on the market.
Using Mastermind your coffee is brewed slowly by soaking coffee grounds in cold water rather than hot. Cold brew has a longer extraction process which gives it several advantages over your typical cup of coffee. The taste is much smoother.
The bitterness of traditional brewed coffee is caused by the extraction of fatty acids, which doesn’t happen during the cold brewing process.
