The Lotus Evora Sport 410 was made official last month and now this lightweight Evora has been shown off at this year’s Geneva Motor Show.
The Evora Sport 410 comes with a wide range of carbon fibre parts which have helped reduce its weight. It is 70kg lighter than the Evora 400, making it a more agile and performance-oriented vehicle.
The Lotus Evora Sport 410 has a 0 to 60 miles per hour time of just 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 186 miles per hour. This impressive performance is achieved thanks to its lightweight construction and powerful engine.
Performance and Engineering
The Evora Sport 410 is powered by a supercharged 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 410 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque. This engine is paired with a six-speed manual transmission, although an automatic option is also available. The car’s lightweight construction, combined with its powerful engine, allows it to deliver exceptional performance on both the road and the track.
In addition to its impressive acceleration and top speed, the Evora Sport 410 also features a number of advanced engineering solutions designed to enhance its handling and driving dynamics. These include a revised suspension setup, improved aerodynamics, and a lower center of gravity. The car’s carbon fibre components, such as the front splitter, roof panel, and rear diffuser, not only reduce weight but also contribute to its aerodynamic efficiency.
Design and Features
The exterior design of the Lotus Evora Sport 410 is both aggressive and functional. The car’s sleek lines and sculpted bodywork are designed to minimize drag and maximize downforce, ensuring optimal performance at high speeds. The use of carbon fibre throughout the car’s construction not only reduces weight but also adds a touch of sophistication and exclusivity to its appearance.
Inside the cabin, the Evora Sport 410 offers a driver-focused environment with a range of high-quality materials and finishes. The seats are upholstered in Alcantara, providing both comfort and support during spirited driving. The car also features a modern infotainment system with navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, and a premium audio system, ensuring that drivers can stay connected and entertained on the go.
The car will go into production in June. As yet, there are no details on how much it will cost. As soon as we get some more information, we will let you guys know.
