We have been hearing rumors about the new LG Optimus G Pro over the last couple of weeks, the device has now been made official by Japan’s NTT DoCoMo and it will be launched on the network in the Spring.
The LG Optimus G Pro comes with a full HD 5 inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, processing is in the form of a 1.7GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor and the handset also comes with 2GB of RAM.
The Optimus G Pro will come with with Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and features 32GB of built in storage, plus a microSD card slot, there are also dual cameras with a front facing 2.4 megapixel camera for video chat and a 13 megapixel rear camera for photos and video.
Other specifications on the LG Optimus G Pro include a 3,000 mAh battery and it also comes with support for 4G LTE, there are no details as yet on how much it will retail for, and also no details on whether it will be available in the US and Europe.
