LG announced four new mid range smartphones back in February, the LG Magna, LG Spirit, LG Leon and LG Joy and now LG has announced the global launch of these four new smartphones.
First up is the LG Magna which comes a 5 inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, the device is powered by a 1.3GHz quad core processor in the 3G version and a 1.2GHz processor in the LTE version.
The LG Magna also comes with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of included storage, a 5 megapixel front facing camera and a 5 megapixel rear camera, the device features a 2540 mAh battery and Android 5.0 Lollipop.
The next smartphone in the range is the LG Spirit, this is available in 3G and 4G versions and has a 4.7 inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
The LG Spirit also comes with a 1.3GHz quad core processor in the 3G version and a 1.2GHz processor in the LTE version, plus a 5 megapixel front camera and an 8 megapixel rear camera. The device has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of included storage.
Next up is the LG Leon, this handset comes with a 4.5 inch display with an FWVGA resolution, it also has the same processors as the other two handsets and a 5 megapixel front camera plus an 8 megapixel rear camera.
There are two storage options in the 3GB model one with 4GB of storage and 768MB of RAM, the other with 8GB of storage and 1GB of RAM, the 4G version comes with 8GB of storage and 1GB of RAM, the device comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Finally we have the LG Joy, this handset features a 4 inch display with a WVGA resolution and a dual core 1.2GHz processor.
There is also 512MB of RAM and 4GB of included storage, plus a VGA front camera and a 5 megapixel fixed focus rear camera. The handset comes with a 1900 mAh battery and Android 4.4 KitKat, this handset is only available with 3G.
LG has said that these four new Android smartphones will laun ch in South America first and will then launch in Europe, Asia, Middle East Africa and North America, there are no details on pricing as yet.
