The new LG G8 ThinQ smartphone launched in the US last month, the handset is LG’s current flagship device and it comes with a 6.1 inch OLED display that features a QHD+ resolution of 3120 1440 pixels.
The handset also has a 6GB of RAM, there is also 128GB of built in storage and a microSD card slot and high end cameras.
The video below from JerrryRigEverything puts the new LG G8 ThinQ through a number of tests to see how durable the handset is. These tests include bend test, burn test and scratch test.
As we can see from the video the first scratches appeared at levels 6 and 7 on the display, this is in line with the majority of the flagships available today. The handset also did OK in the burn test and the bend test.
