The new LG G5 is now official and we have all the specifications on LG’s newest Android handset, the device came with some surprises when it was announced at MWC.
The handset is a modular smartphone, which allows you to swap in additional modules which slot into the battery compartment, these include a new camera accessory and more.
The LG G5 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, the device comes with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, there is also a microSD card slot for extra storage.
The device features a 5.3 inch display that has a Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and it also comes with an Adreno 530 GPU.
There are three cameras on the G5, up front we have a 5 megapixel camera for Selfies and video calls, on the back there is a 16 megapixel camera, plus an 8 megapixel camera, there is also an LED flash, OIS and Laser Auto Focus.
The handset comes with Android Marshmallow and it features a 2800 mAh battery that can be replaced, there is also Quick Charge 3.0 which will charge the handset to 83 percent in just 30 minutes.
