The new LG G4 will launch on T-Mobile later this month, and now it looks like LG will launch some other devices on T-Mobile this month as well.
According to TMO News, LG is launching the LG G Stylo and the LG Leon, which are both budget devices, on T-Mobile on the 20th of May.
LG G Stylo: A Budget-Friendly Phablet
LG recently launched the LG G Stylo in South Korea. The handset comes with a 5.7-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, making it a great option for those who enjoy larger screens without breaking the bank. The display size and resolution are ideal for watching videos, browsing the web, and using apps that benefit from a larger screen real estate.
Other specifications on the device include a quad-core 1.2GHz 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, which provides a good balance between performance and power efficiency. The device also features 1.5GB of RAM, which should be sufficient for everyday tasks such as browsing, social media, and light gaming. Additionally, the LG G Stylo comes with 8GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card slot, allowing users to store more photos, videos, and apps.
The handset is equipped with front and rear-facing cameras. Up front, there is a 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls, while on the back, there is an 8-megapixel camera for photos and videos. The rear camera is capable of capturing decent quality images and videos, making it suitable for casual photography. The handset also features a 3000 mAh battery, which should provide ample battery life for a full day of use. The device runs on Android Lollipop, offering a smooth and user-friendly experience.
LG Leon: Compact and Affordable
In addition to the LG G Stylo, LG is also launching the LG Leon on T-Mobile. The LG Leon is a more compact and affordable option compared to the G Stylo. It features a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. While the display is smaller and has a lower resolution, it is still suitable for basic tasks such as texting, calling, and light app usage.
The LG Leon is powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz processor, which should provide adequate performance for everyday tasks. The device comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, which can also be expanded via a microSD card slot. This makes it a good option for users who need a basic smartphone with expandable storage.
The handset features a 5-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera. While the camera specifications are modest, they should be sufficient for casual photography and video calls. The LG Leon also comes with a 1900 mAh battery, which should provide enough power for a day of moderate use. Like the LG G Stylo, the LG Leon runs on Android Lollipop, offering a user-friendly interface and access to a wide range of apps and features.
Both the LG G Stylo and the LG Leon are aimed at budget-conscious consumers who are looking for affordable smartphones with decent specifications. With their upcoming launch on T-Mobile, these devices provide more options for users who want to experience the features of an Android smartphone without spending a lot of money.
