Kontron has this week announced the impending launch of the worlds first Tegra 3 Mini-ITX motherboard, equipped with an ARM Cortex-A9 Quad Core 900MHz Processor.
The Kontron Tegra 3 Mini-ITX motherboard measures 17 x 17cm in size and its Tegra 3 processor can be supported by up to 2GB DDR3L memory.
Graphics to the motherboard are provided by an ultra low power NVIDIA GeForce GPU with enhanced 3D capabilities, providing 1080P playback via a H264 MPEG-4 encoding and decoding video processor.
Other features of the Kontron Tegra 3 Mini-ITX motherboard include 3 x USB 2.0, 2 x SDcard slots, 1 x HDMI (HDMI 1.4a up to 1920 x 1080 resolution) and 24 bit LVDS up to 2048×1536 pixel @ 18bpp.
