Jeep has finally offered up pricing details on the highly anticipated Gladiator mid-size truck. The base Gladiator Sport will start at $35,040 making it’s priced very well considering the trim. You can get a cheaper base version of competing models, but remember the Gladiator comes with a standard V6 and 4-wheel drive.
Step up to the Sport S, and the starting price is $38,240. The Overland version is $41,890, and the Rubicon will start at $45,040. The truck is comparable in fuel economy to ther mid-size models with the manual offering 16/23/19 mpg (city/highway/combined).
The 8-speed auto version gets 17/22/19 mpg. Jeep will offer the 3.0L EcoDiesel V6 later making 260-hp and 442 lb-ft of torque. The base V6 produces 285hp and 260 lb-ft torque.
