The iPhone 7 comes with 2GB of RAM and the iPhone 7 Plus comes with 3GB of RAM, both handsets are powered by the new Apple A10 processor.
The guys over a 9 to 5 Mac have put the two handsets in a side by side test to see if the extra 1GB of RAM in the iPhone 7 Plus makes a major difference.
As we can see from the video the extra 1GB of RAM does not make much difference when using Safari and it is possible that Apple has included the extra 1GB of RAM to help out with the image processing on their new dual lens camera on the larger iPhone.
