The iPhone 6S Plus has a slightly smaller battery than last years 6 Plus, the handset is equipped with a 2750 mAh battery.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 comes with a slightly larger 3000 mAh battery, so you would expect the battery life on the note 5 to be better than the 6S Plus.
The guys from Phone Arena have released some benchmarks and both the iPhone 6S Plus and the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 have the same battery live, even though the iPhone has a smaller battery.
When it comes to charging the two devices, things are a little different, the Galaxy Note 5 is the clear winner in charging, it takes around half the time of the 6S Plus.
