Apple’s new iPhone 6S and 6S Plus smartphones go on sale tomorrow, both handsets have similar specifications apart from the screen size and some other minor differences.
On of the differences between the two devices is that the iPhone 6S Plus camera comes with Optical Image Stabilization, where as the 6S does not have OIS.
Both of Apple’s new iPhone 6S handsets have a 12 megapixel Apple iSight camera with 1.22µ pixels and a f/2.2 aperture, the only difference between the two cameras is that the larger 6S Plus has OIS.
The guys from Giga Tech have put together a video comparing the cameras on the two devices side by side, have a look at the video below.
According to the notes that came with the video, the Optical Image Stabilization makes a difference when recording in Full HD video and does a good job, but not so much when 4K video is recorded.
