According to a recent report, the iPhone 6 will shortly enter mass production, and the handset is apparently in the Product Validation or PVT stage.
The PVT stage is apparently the last stage before mass production, and this means that a the assembly line for the iPhone 6 has been run at full speed to detect any potential issues in the production of the handset.
Apple are rumored to be launching the 4.7 inch version of the iPhone 6 in September, the handset is expected to be unveiled early in September and then go on sale later in the month, the 5.5 inch version of the device is not expected to launch next month.
The iPhone 6 is said to come with a 4.7 inch display that may feature sapphire glass, the device will also come with Apple’s new 64-bit mobile processor, the Apple A8 which will also bring improved graphics to the handset.
The next generation iPhone is also rumored to come with an update fingerprint sensor that is said to be more durable and also more accurate than the current model found in the iPhone 5S.
Apple are rumored to make the new iPhone 6 official at a press event on the 9th of September, the company are also expected to launch a range of new devices, including the iPad Air 2, both devices will come with Apple iOS 8.
