The new Sony Xperia Z4 was recently announced in Japan, the handset appears to be only headed to Japan, but now it looks like we have more details on the international version.
The Sony Xperia Z4 may be launch internationally as the Sony Xperia Z3+, this was discovered in some recent Sony documentation which can be seen below.
This would allow Sony to launch another handsets with higher specifications later in the year outside of Japan as the Sony Xperia Z4.
The Japanese Xperia Z4 comes with a 5.2 inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and the device is powered by a Snapdragon 810 64-bit octal core processor.
Other specifications on the new Z4 include 3GB of RAM, 32GB of built in storage and a microSD card slot which supports up to 128GB cards.
The handset features a 5.1 megapixel front facing camera and a 20.7 megapixel, 4K capable, rear camera, the device is designed to be dust and water proof and it comes with Android Lollipop.
