A new desktop CNC machine has been launched via Kickstarter this month offering an affordable machine cannot only cat but also laser engrave and 3D print. The Infinix CNC has been developed by a team in the US and offers a three axis CNC machine. Early bird pledges are available from $325 or roughly £263 and worldwide deliveries expected to take place early in 2020.
Infinix CNC offers a Build area of 210mm across the X-Axis and 300mm across the Y-Axis. The Z-Axis can have a maximum movement of 80mm and is equipped with a 5.5 W laser capable of engraving wood, PCBs and acrylic.
