I-O Data has added a new Blu-ray drive to their range with the launch of the I-O Data BRP-US6 External Blu-ray Burner.
The I-O Data BRP-US6 External Blu-ray Burner is ultra slim, measuring 127mm by 154mm by 20mm and weighing in at just 330g, it comes with USB 2.0 interface.
The I-O Data BRP-US6 External Blu-ray Burner is capable of 6x burning for BD-R SL, 2x for BD-R DL/BD-RE and reading at 6X with BD-ROM, it can also burn DVD -R/+R discs at 8x and DVD -RW/+RW at 6x, plus 5x on DVD-RAM discs.
The BD-R SL, 2x for BD-R DL/BD-RE will go on sale in Japan later this month for about $343.
