Earlier today we heard about Huawei’s new foldable smartphone, the Huawei Mate X and now we get to have a look at the handset on video.
The video below from The Tech Chap give us a look at the design of the new Mate X and shows us how the handset folds and how the displays work.
As we mentioned previously the device comes with a 8 inch display that can be folded in two, this display has a resolution of 2480 x 2200 pixels. When the display is folded the main display measures 6.6 inches and has a resolution of 2480 x 1148 pixels.
The Huawei Mate X is powered by a Kirin 980n processor and it will come with 8GB of RAM and will also have 512GB of storage. There is also three main cameras, these include a 40 megapixel sensor, a 16 megapixel sensor and an 8 megapixel sensor.
Huawei will launch their new Mate X foldable smartphone later this year, the device will be pretty expensive as it will cost about €2,299.
