We have been hearing rumors that HTC’s new flagship smartphone, the HTC One X is headed to Sprint, both HTC and Sprint have a special event planned for the 4th of April.
According to a recent report the handset will be called the HTC Evo One when it lands on Sprint, and the device will feature a black and red color scheme and will also come with a built in kickstand.
Other specifications on the HTC Evo One include a 4.7 inch AMOLED HD touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, plus a dual core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor.
The HTC Evo One is also rumored to feature 16GB of built in storage plus a microSD card slot, and dual cameras with a 2 megapixel camera up front for video chat and a rear facing 8 megapixel camera for full HD video recording in 1080p.
The device will also come with Beats Audio, plus Android 4.0 and the latest version of HTC’s custom user interface HTC Sense 4.0, it is expected to go on sale with Sprint in the US on the 6th of June.
