As well as unveiling new smartphones today in the form of the new Desire 300 and Desire 601, HTC has also launched a new Bluetooth speaker in the form of the HTC BoomBass.
The design of the HTC BoomBass splits the speaker in two allowing them to slide over each other creating a step to place your smartphone when playing media.
The HTC BoomBass uses Bluetooth and NFC and pairing your smartphone with the HTC BoomBass is as easy as tapping them together. Once connected the device can be up to 10 metres apart for connectivity and the HTC BoomBass measure just 64 x 64 x 64 mm in size so is perfectly portable.
HTC has equipped their new HTC BoomBass with a 1,200mAh battery providing up to 9 hours of playback on a single charge. The HTC BoomBass will be available to purchase from mid October from the HTC Accessory Store but as yet no price has been announced by HTC.
