Honda has revealed the UK pricing for its Honda HR-V Sport, with the manual version starting at £27,595 and the automatic model at £28,845.
The Honda HR-V Sport comes equipped with a 1.5 VTEC turbo engine that produces 182 PS. This powerful engine allows the vehicle to reach a top speed of 134 miles per hour and accelerate from 0 to 62 miles per hour in just 7.8 seconds.
Advanced Engineering and Performance
Both versions of the HR-V Sport feature bespoke suspension and ‘Performance Damper’ tuning. This advanced suspension system works in tandem with a variable ratio electric power-assisted rack-and-pinion system and Honda Agile Handling Assist technology. These features collectively create a sportier, more agile, and engaging driving experience, ensuring that drivers can enjoy both comfort and performance.
The HR-V Sport is powered by the turbocharged 1.5 VTEC engine from the latest generation Honda Civic. This engine produces 182 PS at 5,500 rpm for the manual transmission and 6,000 rpm for the CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission). This represents a significant 52 PS uplift from the standard petrol version and a 62 PS increase from the diesel variant. The enhanced power output ensures that the HR-V Sport delivers a thrilling driving experience, whether navigating city streets or cruising on the highway.
Interior and Technology
Inside, the Honda HR-V Sport offers a blend of comfort and cutting-edge technology. The cabin is designed with high-quality materials and ergonomic seating to provide maximum comfort for both the driver and passengers. Advanced infotainment systems, including a touchscreen display, smartphone integration, and a premium audio system, ensure that occupants stay connected and entertained on the go.
Safety is also a top priority in the HR-V Sport. The vehicle is equipped with a suite of advanced safety features, including adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and collision mitigation braking system. These technologies work together to enhance driver awareness and help prevent accidents, providing peace of mind for drivers and their families.
Additionally, the HR-V Sport offers ample cargo space, making it a practical choice for those who need a versatile vehicle for both daily commutes and weekend adventures. The rear seats can be easily folded down to expand the cargo area, accommodating larger items and providing flexibility for various needs.
