Yesterday details were revealed about the new Harman Kardon Invoke Cortana Speaker head of any official announcement by Harman. Now Harman has officially announced that the new Cortana speaker will be available during the fall of 2017.
To recap the voice-activated speaker which has been combined with Microsoft’s Cortana personal assistant has been created to provide “unparalleled sound and intelligence” in an “elegant designed” speaker.
The speaker is fitted with HARMAN’s SONIQUE far-field voice recognition technology and 360-degree adaptive technology which uses 7 microphones to listen for user input. Michael Mauser, President, Lifestyle Audio Division at HARMAN explains :
