If you’ve been waiting for the multiplayer Halo:Reach release and have got a copy of Halo3:ODST you can now jump on the Beta testing for Halo Reach. Check out the video after the jump.
Since opening on Monday evening over one million players have already joined the fighting and according to Bungie, 1,170,112 players logged into the Halo: Reach beta in the first 24 hours and managed to kill each other 157,972,986 in over 14,205,611 games played.
What you need to play:
Halo 3: ODST’s Campaign Disc
A Valid Xbox LIVE Gold Subscription
A Broadband Internet Connection
Approximately 1.2 Gigabytes of Hard Drive Disk Space
To Download the Beta:
Insert and Launch Halo 3: ODST’s Campaign Disc, Select “Play the Beta” from the main menu and follow the onscreen prompts and instructions.

Once the game goes into public release the standard edition of Halo: Reach will have an estimated price of $59.99 USD, and the Limited and Legendary editions of the game will retail for $79.99 and $149.99 USD, respectively.
