Google [GOOG] has updated its search with a range of new features, one of them is a new panel on the left of the search results which gives you quick access to a number of options, which include News, Images and Blogs.
The new search results looks very similar to Microsoft’s Bing results, although Google has been working on a beat version of this for quite a while now.
You can see in the video below the changes Google have made to their search results, and they have also added these new features to their mobile search results as well.
