We have been hearing a number of rumors about the new Google Wireless service recently, the service is said to run on both T-Mobile and Sprint’s mobile networks in the US.
Now according to a recent report, the new Google Wireless service will be able to automatically switch between the two carriers to give you the best signal at your current location.
As well as being able to switch between the two carriers, the service will apparently also switch to WiFi, ensuring that you have the best coverage for phone calls, texts and data wherever you are.
It is not clear as yet exactly how this will work, although it sounds like it could be a useful solution to areas where you have no coverage with one carrier but may have coverage with another.
Google are expected to launch their new wireless service in the US later this year, as soon as we get some more information, we will let you guys know.
