The previous listing for the Google Pixel 3 Lite XL on Geekbench showed 6GB of RAM, so it looks like there will be two different versions.
The handset is also listed with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 mobile processor and it is also listed with Android 9.0 Pie, you can see the benchmark below.
