Assets for the new upcoming game in the God of War series have revealed more details about the new God of War 4 game thanks to NerdLeaks who have been able to get their hands on concept art from the website of someone who has worked at the developer, Sony Santa Monica Studio late in 2015.
It seems that the NerdLeaks website and Twitter account are now off-line which may be a result of Sony stepping in to protect the leak of assets. However the NeoGAF website also has been able to take a copy and archived a set of all the images for your viewing pleasure, allowing you to see development and progress of the new God of War 4 game and what might be included.
The GoW4 assets point to a number of things such as God of War 4 has a Norse mythology setting, and stars Kratos complete with beard. Kratos is also likely to be able to cut vines and create bridges and walkways using his axe and environmental assets include references to Alfheim and “Land of the Fairies”, reinforcing the Norse mythology setting, says the Eurogamer website. To view the God of War 4 images jump over to the NeoGAF website via the link below.
