GMC has announced a new model that will get the Denali luxury treatment. That new vehicle will be the 2017 GMC Canyon Denali and this marks the first item that the Denali name has come to the Canyon midsize truck. The 2017 GMC Canyon Denali will go on sale in late 2016 and will be on display at the LA Auto Show.
The Canyon Denali will get unique chrome wheels, chrome fog light bezels, five-inch rectangular chrome assist steps, polished exhaust tip, and a standard spray-in bed liner. GMC will offer the Canyon Denali in six exterior colors all with a jet black Mulan leather interior. Canyon Denali also gets a unique instrument panel and console trim, Denali-logo sill plates and floor mats.
Other standard features include a heated steering wheel, navigation with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto infotainment system. OnStar 4G LTE connectivity and WiFi hotspot are included along with forward collision alert and lane departure warning. Remote vehicle starter is also included. The Denali Canyon will come with the standard V6 engine in crew cab two or four wheel drive versions. The 2.3L Duramax diesel engine is also available.
