The new eBay Apple Watch app has been unveiled today providing seller and buyers with the tools need to keep up to date with their eBay account directly from their wrist.
eBay has been testing their Apple Watch app behind closed doors since the Apple Watch launched, and is nearing a completed app. Although there are a few “lagginess” issue that the companies developers are still working on.
The eBay Watch app features four main sections : Activity, Watching, Buying and Selling and sellers are able to review graphs of the past 30-day revenue in their sections.
While the activity section is where user can stay updated on the most urgent eBay communications such as when they are outbid, items ending soon or items that need to be shipped. In total the eBay Watch app offers users 28 different types of notifications to use.
The eBay Apple Watch app will be rolling out to compliment mobile updates for eBay’s iPhone, iPad and Android applications, that include usability and interface enhancements. Together with support for additional payments in both Germany and India, as well as in-store pickup options and enhanced seller features for the iPad app in the UK
