It has been reported over the weekend by the FT that Dixons Carphone in the UK has partnered with Three to offer its own mobile network with tariffs that will allow customers to easily adjust their required minutes and data usage any time during the contract.
Currently customers have to do stick with a contract for a certain number of talk time minutes and data allowances throughout the UK. Which sometimes are more or less than the required amount a user would use in a month causing underusage or extra charges
The newly designed Dixons Carphone mobile phone tariffs will allow users to increase or decrease their minutes and data usage whenever required, to meet their exact needs. The form of the new adjustable tariffs has been created to help avoid the same fate as Phones4U, that relied heavily on major carriers and which unfortunately turned out to be the company’s downfall.
The Dixons and Carphone Warehouse is also bundling extra features within their tariffs with new options and connectivity for smart home appliances. Unfortunately no specific details have been released and is yet by the Dixons and Carphone Warehouse regards any pricing or full list of features but as soon as more information becomes available we will keep you updated as always.
