Streaming service Deezer has today announced that users of its Deezer service in the UK, and within Europe across France and Sweden will be able to enjoy on-demand podcasts.
To those that do not currently use the service Deezer is a web-based music streaming service offering content from record labels such as EMI, Sony, Universal Music Group, and Warner Music Group.
The new podcast streaming service is in addition to the music that is already available to Deezer users and at launch currently offers a massive catalogue of more than 20,000 podcasts and radio shows for user to choose from.
The new Deezer podcast streaming is available via both mobile devices and desktop and follows on from the recent purchase of Stitcher’s talk radio and podcast application.
