Blipblox A Childs First Synthesiser

If you have a budding DJ in the house that needs to upgrade their equipment from simply banging toys together to something a little more entertaining, you may be interested in the Blipblox, toy that would make a perfect child’s first synthesiser. Watch the demonstration video below to learn more about the Blipblox which will be showcased at this year’s NAMM 2018 music event which starts tomorrow and runs until January 28th, 2018.

The Blipblox is a combination beatbox and synthesiser designed for children as young as three to promote creativity and audio exploration. The synthesiser is equipped with a proprietary algorithm that synthesises completely unique waveforms, and when it launches sometime later this year, is expected to be priced at around $159.

Features of the children’s synthesiser include connection such as MIDI input, audio out, as well as unique oscillator modulation schemes. An LED lighting system has also been integrated into the children’s synthesiser that will synchronise itself to the music being played. Ahead of its official release jump over to the Blipblox website for more details, full specifications and purchasing options.
