We have been hearing a lot about the new BlackBerry Priv smartphone recently and now we have some details on how much the handset will cost.
According to a recent report, the BlackBerry Priv will have a retail price of around RMB 3,999 in China, this is about $630 at the current exchange rate.
The Priv is BlackBerry’s first Android smartphone, the handset is rumored to come with either a hexa core Snapdragon 808 or an octa core Snapdragon 810 processor and will feature 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.
Other specifications in the device include a 5.4 inch display with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The new Priv will come with an 18 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera, it will runs Google’s Android OS, probably Lollipop and will feature a range of BlackBerry apps and services built in, which will include security.
We are expecting the new BlackBerry Priv to launch in Early November, as soon as we get some more details about the handset, we will let you guys know.
