BlackBerry has sent out invites to a press event which will take place in Malaysia on the 18th of September, as yet there are no specific details on what BlackBerry intends to announce.
There are a number of possibilities for the press conference, it could possibly be the BlackBerry 9270, or the new BlackBerry Z30, or even the cross platform launch of BlackBerry Messenger.
As soon as we get some more information on exactly what BlackBerry plans to announce, we will let you guys know.
