BlackBerry have been teasing their new BlackBerry Classic smartphone over the last few months, the handset is now official and we have all the specifications on this new classic BlackBerry device.
The BlackBerry Classic is equipped with a 3.5 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 x 720 pixels and 294 pixels per inch.
The handset comes with BlackBerry 10 OS and it features 2GB of RAM and 16GB of included storage, there is also a microSD card slot which supports up to 128GB cards.
The new Classic comes with front and rear facing cameras, on the front of the device there is a 2 megapixel camera which can record HD video in 720p, on the back of the device there is an 8 megapixel camera with auto focus, backside illumination, image and video stabilization, 5x digital zoom and the ability to record Full HD video in 1080p.
The BlackBerry Classic features 4G LTE, dual band WiFi, an FM Radio and Bluetooth 4.0 LE, it also comes with NFC and a range of sensors.
The handset is now available to buy in the US and Canada for $449 in the US and $499 in Canada unlocked, it is also headed to a range of mobile carriers, which include AT&T and VErizon in the US, and Bell, Rogers and TELUS.
