If you are a fan of Thomas Bangalter’s helmet from the Daft Punk music duo. Harrison Krix of Volpin Props has created his very own awesome replica helmet which took around 4 months to build from scratch and even includes its very own programmable LED faceplate. So if you have a little spare time and fancy creating your very own Daft punk helmet all the construction details have been published by Krix on his website at Volpin Props. Complete with a run through of how to make it from start to finish. The code for the LED faceplate was created by James Moss who has also kindly published the his Arduino code here for you to use.
