Audi has unveiled their new Audi A3 facelift and the car has received a number of upgrades over the existing model.
The exterior of the new Audi A3 receives some upgrades that include newly designed headlights and taillights, including some new LED matrix lights up front.
There are also some new wheel options available on the updated A3 in 17 inch, 18 inch and 19 inch options, plus Audi has included some new driver assistance technology.
Audi’s new driver assistance technology comes with a range of features which include traffic jam assist, the car will accelerate, steer and brake for you whilst you are sat in a traffic jam.
There is also a new rear cross traffic assist feature that will warm you of any cars behind you when you are reversing out of a parking space. Plus a new optional Emergency Assist feature that will brake for you in the event of a potential collision with another vehicle.
The company has also revealed that the new A3 comes with a new Audi virtual cockpit which comes with a high resolution 12.3 inch TFT display that provides a wide range of information for you whilst driving.
Audi has also updated the engine range in this years A3, this includes a choice of six different engines, three petrol and three diesel.
The entry level engine on the Audi A3 Facelift is 110 horsepower 1.6 litre TDI engine that is available with a choice of either a 6 speed manual transmission or an automatic seven speed dual clutch S tronic transmission.
The top model is a 2.0 TFSI petrol engine that comes with 190 horsepower and a seven speed S tronic automatic transmission. The range consists of a three door A3, a five door A3 Sportback, a new A3 Sedan, and a new A3 Cabriolet.
