Asus has added another netbook to their range, with the launch of the Asus 1001PQ netbook, and if you don’t fancy the standard black and white netbook look, this model can be customized with a range of funky colors.
The Asus 1001PQ Netbook comes with a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, a 10.2 inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, integrated 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, plus Bluetooth 2.1, and Window 7 Starter Edition.
You get a choice of either a three or six cell battery and it comes in two funky colors, Flam Purple or Vibrant Gold, each each of the two models come with a range of stickers that can be used to further customize them.
The Asus Eee PC 1001PQ will be available shortly, there are no details on pricing as yet.
