Apple normally launches its new iPhone some time in September, although rumors had suggested that the iPhone 8 would be a little later this year.
According to a recent report, the new iPhone 8 is still on track for a September launch and Apple will apparently be holding a press event some time in September to announce the handset.
There are expected to be three new iPhone models this year, a 4.7 inch and 5.5 inch iPhone with an LCD display, these models may be called the iPhone 7S and 7S Plus or may come with the iPhone 8 name.
Apple are also launching a new iPhone 8 to celebrate 10 years of the iPhone, this handset will come with an OLED display and it is rumored to possibly feature a 5.8 inch display.
All three versions of this years iPhone will come with a new Apple A11 processor and they will also come with more RAM than the current handsets.
Apple are expected to update the cameras on the new iPhones and the OLED iPhone 8 is expected to get high end cameras.
The company is expected to do away with the home button on this years iPhone, instead it will feature a home button under the display.
The design of the new iPhone is rumored to come in the form of a stainless steel chassis and the handset will apparently also come with a glass back. We are looking forward to seeing this years iPhones and as soon as we get some more information about the handsets, we will let you guys know.
