Apple has today announced changes to its AppleCare + service that now allows subscribers to the service to get assistance when in other countries.
The new changes to the AppleCare + derive enables you to get your iPhone, iPad, or iPods serviced in any country that offers AppleCare+, other than just your home country.
Which is great news for travels who might need a little help with their device whilst away from their home country on business or pleasure. Previously, AppleCare + subscribers would have had to have the service performed by Apple on their device where they purchased the plan.
But do not that the AppleCare + replacement or repair offerings are not available in every country, as some do not carry stock of certain devices. For instance the CDMA iPhone 5, is not available in Brazil. For more information on the new AppleCare + terms and conditions jump over to the Apple website for details.
