Apple will offer 15 minutes appointments for people to try out the new Apple Watch, although customers who are buying the Apple Watch Edition will get a different buying experience.
It looks like Apple will be offering a similar experience for the Apple Watch Edition as you would get in a luxury watch store when you are buying a Rolex, Panerai or other high end watch.
Customers who are interesting the the Apple Watch Edition will have a one hour appointment at the Apple Store and they wont have to queue for the appointment like customers may have to on the standard models.
According to Mark Gurman from 9 to 5 Mac, Apple will allow customers to try up to two versions of the Apple Watch edition at once, this will be done to minimize the possibility of theft. There will also be a special station for these customers with chairs for them to sit on whilst the try out the luxury Apple Watch model.
Customers who purchase the gold models of the Apple Watch will apparently get 24/7 customers support for the first two years.
It also looks like the 18k gold models of the Apple Watch will not be available in all of the company’s stores at launch, it appears the devices will only be available in their largest stores.
