We have been waiting to hear when the Apple Pay UK release date would be and now it looks like this will be announced at WWDC 2015 later today.
The UK release date of Apple Pay is said to take place some time within the next two month and Apple will announce the date during their keynote speech later today.
According to a recent report by Mark Gurman of 9 to 5 Mac the UK will be one of the first countries for the international launch of Apple Pay outside of the US.
Apple Pay UK will apparently launch with a number of partners which will include Lloyds Bank and also MasterCard and Santander UK is also apparently looking to be part of the UK launch of Apple’s mobile payment system.
As soon as we get some more details on the exact Apple Pay UK release date we will let you guys know, if it is within the next two months then it should be some time in August at the latest.
