Apple Pay launched in the U.S. last year, and Apple is expected to expand their new mobile payment system to more countries this year.
We recently heard that Apple Pay could launch in Canada as early as March, Apple is apparently in talks with a number of companies in Canada relating to their mobile payment service.
Apple is apparently discussing the launch of Apple Pay with various financial institutions in Canada, and if the talks go well then the service could launch in March.
We know that Apple has plans to launch their new mobile payment system in a number of countries this year, one of those will be the UK.
At the end of last year it was revealed that Apple were hiring staff in a number of countries to work on Apple Pay, this included the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and India.
The service has already become popular in the U.S. and Apple’s global roll out of Apple Pay could help the company expand the use of Apple Pay significantly.
As soon as we get some more details on when Apple Pay will launch in the UK and also other countries, we will let you guys know.
