All models of Apple’s iPhone come with a 16GB option at the moment, Apple may drop this with the launch of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus and offer the 32GB model as the entry level option.
The news comes in a report from IHS Technology who have a good track record of getting information from Apple’s supply chain.
Apple recently introduced a new iPad Pro with a 256GB storage option and there have been rumors that the iPhone 7 may come with a 256GB storage option as the top model, so it would make sense for Apple to increase the entry level models to 32GB.
Apple’s iPhone 7 is rumored to come with a similar design to the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, the handset will get a number of upgrades which include the processor, cameras RAM and more.
The handsets are expected to come with the new Apple A10 processor and also Apple’s iOS 10 OS which is expected to be made official at WWDC 2016.
The iPhone 7 Plus is rumored to come with a dual camera on the back and the 7 will apparently come with a single camera on the back.
Apple’s new iPhones are expected to go on sale some time in September, as soon as we get some more details about these new iPhones, we will let you guys know.
