
Apple has this week rolled out a new Final Cut Pro update for its video editing suite together with its companion applications Compressor and Motion, providing users with extra performance and a variety of new features that now include a link to the iTunes store.
Version 10.2 of Apple Final Cut Pro features a wealth of new tweaks, enhancements and performance updates all of which are listed below.
The latest update is the 15th free update Apple has made to their video editing software and 10.2, a number of new features such as 3D titles, a range of advanced effects involving colour and masking. Together with additional support for key camera formats, an assortment of new features designed to enhance workflow and, of course, many bugs squashed in the process.
“Final Cut Pro 10.2 takes motion graphics to the big screen with incredible 3D titles, advanced masking tools, and effects enhancements that make it faster and easier to get the perfect look. Final Cut Pro X also adds support for cutting-edge camera formats and includes a number of other improvements, making the best-selling version of Final Cut Pro even better.
Instantly open any title in Motion to take full control. Add multiple lights and cameras, then track your text across the frame. You can even create a scene in full 3D with multiple objects featuring custom shadows and reflections.”
