Amazon has today announced a new addition to its ever-growing range of Echo devices, with the unveiling of the new Echo Spot which is capable of showing information such as weather, news, camera feeds, video calls, Alexa skills and more.
The new Echo Spot is now available to preorder throughout the US directly from Amazon priced at $129.99 and will start shipping out to customers during December 2017.
The Echo Spot is equipped with a built-in 2W speaker but can also directly connect to speakers through Bluetooth or using a 3.5mm stereo cable, enabling you to add Alexa to your home entertainment system. Allow you to easily access music on a number of services including Amazon Music, Prime Music, Pandora, Spotify, iHeartRadio, TuneIn, and more.
Amazon has also recently launched its new multi-room music feature, enabling you toy play your favourite music throughout your home, by synchronising your music across all of your Echo devices. Tom Taylor, Senior Vice President, Amazon Alexa explains:
