Acer has this week announced the availability of a new rugged Acer Chromebook Spin 311 R72T system this week which is now available from select Japanese retailers and the United Kingdom via Amazon. Priced at roughly $200 or £199 Acer has announced the availability of the new Chromebook in the US but you can expect it to be made available shortly.
