Xiaomi unveiled the oversized Mi Max smartphone last week carrying an extremely affordable price tag. If you want to get your hands on the handset outside China, there’s some good news for you.
Gearbest has started taking pre-orders of the Xiaomi Mi Max handset carrying a $325 price tag with the shipping expected to commence on June 21st. The retailer is offering the handset in two color options: champagne gold and light gray.
There are multiple variants of the handset which the customers can purchase through Gearbest. The variant featuring 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, and Snapdragon 650 processor carries a $325.89 price tag while the 3GB RAM/64GB storage/Snapdragon 652 powered variant is slightly higher and costs $359.89. The retailer is also offering the 128GB storage/4GB of RAM version for $499.89 featuring Snapdragon 652 processor.
Other features of the handset includes a massive 6.44-inch display sporting a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels, 16MP camera for photos and videos, 5MP front-facing camera, 4G LTE connectivity and ships with Android 6.0 Marshmallow as its operating system out of the box.
The handset price is quite lower in China, but the difference isn’t too high considering the costs to import the product and send it to customers globally.
